KOOL AID!I don't like my kids to feel deprived of fun treats so when other kids are drinking pop and such I often bring koolaid! Yes - technically there is sugar in kool aid ingredients but its negligible and this is a treat - so its a very small cheat.
1 Kool Aid pkg any flavour 1/3 cup honey or agave 8 mini scoops of stevia (equivalent to 16 tsp sugar) Mix with a little bit of hot water to get the honey to dissolve. Add cold water and fill up a to the 2L mark. As you get more accustomed to the stevia flavour (and don't notice it anymore) you could probably increase the stevia and decrease the honey even more! If you notice the stevia taste in this recipe - try using 1/2 cup honey and 4-6 scoops of stevia. Stevia is an acquired taste! REAL LEMONADEThis is the real deal! Real lemons, honey, stevia and water!
1 lemon (warm in microwave 30 sec), juiced into a glass 1/2-1 Tbsp honey 1 mini scoop stevia Stir it all together and add cold water to fill to 2 cups. |
FRUIT LEMONADEQuick and easy - great for a hot day treat!
