Recipes for the Dehydrator
Dill Pickle Kale Chips
1 bunch kale - cut or torn of stem
2 Tbsp oil
1/2-3/4 Tbsp salt
1/2 tsp onion powder
3/4 tsp citric acid
2 -3 tsp dill
1. Mix spices and grind in coffee grinder until they're powder.
2. massage the oil into the torn kale
3. Shake the spices with kale and mix well
4. Dehydrate on trays in dehydrator until delicious.
Sour Cream and Onion Kale Chips
1 bunch kale - cut or torn off the stem
2/3 - cup cashews (soaked overnight and drained)
1/2 cup plus of green onion
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup onion
1 tsp salt
1 Tbsp ACV
1. Blend all except the kale in the blender in single serve cup
2. Massage sauce into kale well
3. Dehydrate on trays until delicious - make sure the sauce is on each piece.
